1. Carbide (Tungsten Steel) Tool: Good for most general purpose applications, offering hardness for wear resistance.
2. Round Shank: Allows use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. Should held in a good-quality toolholder in order to prevent the reamer from slipping in high torque applications.
3. Straight Flute Tool: Allows chips to collect in the flutes as they cut and is suited for most applications in shallow cuts.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
