1. The carbide (tungsten steel) bottom cleaning bits are with sharp cutting edge, high hardness and long life, resulting in nice finishing on woody pieces after cutting.
2. Cuts all composition materials, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Great for cleaning up dadoes and grooves. Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. The larger the tool diameter, the smaller the spindle speed should be.
3. Use on hand held router, table router, edge trimmer, CNC and other automatic routers. Be sure to use only router bits and accessories designed for the router. The tool shank should be installed with a clamping depth of at least to maintain the proper pressure carrying range.
4. Always choose a router bit with a longer cutting edge than the workpiece. For example, use a tool with cutting edge length when milling grooves of depth. (It is NOT recommended that the cutting edge length equal to or less than ).

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
