Made of carbide (tungsten steel), the end mill is wear resistance, good toughness, heat resistance, higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel. Carbide material with good milling and cutting performance, ensures high work efficiency.
Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches. Upcut end mills can direct chips up and away from the milling area, leaving an unobstructed path to prevent tool breakage and extends the tool life.
Used on engraving machine, CNC machines, and machining center. Adopts spray and air jet cooling to improve the use effect of the milling cutter. The end mill is easily twisted off when using on hand drill.
Tips: The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better. If the clamping length is shorter, you need to lower the feed rate and cutting speed to reduce vibration and extend the tool life. Combined with the material to be processed, select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed to improve the tool life and obtain better processing accuracy and performance.

2. Return & Refund

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.

2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items.If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
