5. To prevent round-off, it contacts and applies force to the flat sides of fastener heads rather than the corners.
6. 72 teeth mechanism allows you to work in the narrow space with the ratcheting movement as small as 5 degrees.
7. The open end is angled 15 degrees so the wrench can be flipped over with each rotation to engage the fastener twice as often in tight spaces.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
