1. The carriage bolt is designed with a round head, a square neck and a Q235 carbon steel material. It is used in the groove. The square neck is conveniently stuck in the groove during the installation process and can prevent the bolt from rotating during installation.
2. Due to the head, there is no groove type that can be used with a power assisting tool. It can also be hidden during actual use to prevent disassembly.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
